<description>Hippocrates, the so-called father of modern medicine and the inspiration for the Hippocratic Oath, asked, "What is woman?" He answered himself in one word, "Disease," setting in motion millenia of viewing women as diseased, even though the incidence of cancer in the male and female organs is nearly identical. And we don't see men having their sex organs removed prophylactically.

Visit http://hersfoundation.org/ to watch the HERS Foundation's "Female Anatomy" video and empower yourself with information about what women consistently report after hysterectomy.

It's your right to know,

		<description>Kim -

Very good alert post. I'd like to add my pet peeves about putting dogs in the back of pickups and letting them hang their heads out of the windows of cars. If the driver of the truck has to stop fast or takes a turn too fast or the dog sees another animal he/she'd like to chase, the chance of serious injury to a beloved pet is horrenedous. The same goes for them hanging out a car window. Bugs get in their eyes and ears and can cause horrific infections. If you love your pets, care for them as you would your children.
